When you sign the petition, we collect your first name, last name, email address, city, country, and optional comments. We also collect your IP address for spam prevention and rate-limiting purposes. We do not collect payment information.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to record and display petition signatures, send you a one-time confirmation email, and — if you opt in — share your name and comment publicly on the Supporters page. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Your data is stored in a secured database hosted on GoDaddy infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Data Retention

We retain petition data for as long as the campaign is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. IP addresses used for spam prevention are retained for a limited period and then purged.

Your Rights & Deletion Requests

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request or exercise any other data right, please email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
